One-to-One Personal Training

One-to-One Personal Training is perfect for people who have a set goal and want to achieve it within a certain time frame, it allows the program to be specifically designed to your goals and needs. One-to-One Personal Training also includes, full nutrition coaching, personalised online workouts, full body composition analysis and 24/7 support.

One-to-Two Personal Training

One-to-Two Personal Training is the same as above however if you and a family member or friend have similar goals and similar times to train it can make it a bit more affordable and give you that extra push to keep going with a friend.

What is Private Group PT? Put simply, it is Personal Training in a small group environment. FuseFit offer three levels of membership for our group sessions. Starting from just £65 per month, you can sign up online for a memberhsip plan that gives you varying levels of access to our different timeslots across the week.

If you are looking for a posing, unfriendly, judging gym then this isn’t for you, we are normal people who like to keep fit and push our boundaries.
