Bootcamps are a great way to get fit with a group of like minded individuals, they involve small games, circuits and competitions. Using old school games within a fitness environment, you forget that you are even there for exercises. 


Designed for all ages and abilities, its up to you how much you push yourself. All Bootcamps and Fitcamps have a wide variety of people and abilities but everyone comes to have fun and get fit.
